Duet has been under BC Supreme Court CCAA protection since 25 September 2025, with MNP Ltd. appointed as Monitor. Construction substantially ceased at roughly 75% complete (9 of 10 storeys poured) and the site was listed for sale by the Monitor in November 2025. 22 of the 38 homes had been pre-sold. Anyone holding a pre-sale contract here should be speaking to their own lawyer, not to us. Figures below describe the building as designed and permitted, not as available for purchase.
Duet
A ten-storey mixed-use building at Spruce and West Broadway in Fairview — retail at grade, office above, and 38 strata homes on floors three to ten. Construction began in August 2022 and stopped part-way: nine of ten storeys are poured and the structure sits roughly 75% complete while the project works through court-supervised creditor protection. Minglian published the full nine-plan set before the stall, 498 to 1,224 sq ft, with third-floor decks larger than the homes they belong to. Nothing here is currently for sale.
